All parcels are sent by royal mail. Services are available at checkout, next day delivery is available. Shipping is currently only available in the UK. Orders are shipped next working day after your order has been received by us. You will also receive a tracking number to keep updated on the status of your order.

All sales are final. we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges if the item does not fit or if you change your mind. If the item arrives damaged then please send us photographic evidence through our email - sophievinatge1@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue to the best of our ability. If a return is necessary you must pay for the shipping and it must be sent tracked to the return address.

Our products are ethically scoured, 99% of our clothes are second hand clothes are true vintage. We use recycled plastic packaging for small items and recycled cardboard boxes for larger orders.
